We stayed during Las Fallas and we were really impressed with the soundproofing of our interior room. I did a split stay with another hotel and this one was hands down much easier to sleep! Everything else was just lovely too. Has an incredible bartender at the lobby bar. Great stay overall.

Alles was fantastisch! We hebben genoten van de kamer, tot de heerlijke cocktails aan de bar en het uitgebreide ontbijt. Ook de ontvangst van de portier en inchecken met een glas bubbels was perfect! De service is beste die we ooit hebben gehad door alle vele extra's tijdens het ons verblijf.

I loved the warm welcome and comfortable reception area. I loved the central location. I loved the beautiful rooms which were generous and spotless. And I loved the fact we received a birthday cake and drink for my daughter. We all thought it was fabulous and will certainly come again!

The moment you walk into this hotel the beautiful smell hits you, the ambiance is calm and all the staff cannot do enough for you. The breakfast in the morning was superb and relaxed with amazing views over the city. I felt genuinely welcomed and my 18 month old was treated like a celebrity :)

From the moment you walk in this hotel is full of surprises. The check-in counter is on the other side of the cocktail bar and there are fresh flowers everywhere! The staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast up on the 9th floor was outstanding and the choices countless. Adding to the relaxed ambience was a violinist playing unobtrusive contemporary music. Location was perfect in the middle of the old town.
Cons: Unfortunately timing wasn’t great in the midst of Las Fallas festival resulting in huge crowds of people and queues everywhere. Loud fireworks being thrown around in the streets by very young children culminating in 5min fireworks displays at 2pm and 12am every day. The bangs kept going well after midnight so sleep was compromised. Thank goodness for Only You where we could seek refuge and watch the amazing bartenders flairing and tossing cocktails. Great entertainment.

Pero lo que más me tocó el corazón fue la chica de servicio de habitaciones de la sexta planta, Tatiana. Fuera de qué la habitación estaba pulidisima y hecha con un gusto y cariño que se notaba mucho, resultó que ella es de la ciudad de donde vengo yo de Rusia y cuando se enteraron nos trajeron una nota hecha por ella en ruso con una foto de mi ciudad +una botella de cava. La verdad que me tocó mucho el alma y esto hará que si vuelvo por Valencia seguramente decidiré ir al mismo hotel. Muchas gracias 🫶

Cons: No parking or valet parking… 6 min walk with all our luggage to escape the firework festival road blocks .. no warning of this festival prior to arrival (with our dog) no offer of restaurant pre booking as very busy so couldn’t eat at the hotel. Was recommended a place that was empty and pretty standard. Couldn’t even get a seat in the bar to grab a late drink so sat in the room with a mini bar beer, all a bit disappointing for 800€ a night … I’ve had more personal service in many a 4*

A large and busy hotel in central Valencia. It’s all very nicely done. A great bar with excellent staff. All very stylish and comfortable. A reliably nice place to stay.
Cons: Only that it is a big and therefore a bit impersonal, but that’s just down to individual taste. We didn’t eat there, so many other places in Valencia to eat.

I love the theme of self-care in this hotel-- from the can't sleep kit in our room to the order your pillow option on the TV. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat; relatively close to main attractions (maybe not for the aquarium), good restaurants, and train stations. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Cons: El ambiente nocturno: tanto en el hall como en el bar había un ambiente “turbio” con personas “sospechosas”. No lo veo apto para ir con menores o en familia Baño: superficie de mármol desgastada; toallas ásperas e incluso con agujeros; ducha que filtra el agua al resto del baño Limpieza: cristales sucios; sábanas mal planchadas el día de llegada; pelusas en el suelo NO es un 5 estrellas: si algo caracteriza a los establecimientos de esta categoría son los pequeños detalles y este hotel no los tiene. Aparte de lo que he dicho antes, hay otros como ascensores pequeños (incómodos si coincides con más huéspedes), amenities muy escasos y que no se reponen, poca insonorización de las habitaciones, o la no opción de cambio de sábanas aunque te quedes más de dos días. Es bonito pero es pura apariencia, como un restaurante cuqui con comida insípida

Posizione molto strategica, vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali della città e facile da raggiungere ovunque tu sia. L'immobile è molto bello esternamente e grazie al fatto che ci sono più attività all'interno vi è una bella vibe. Negozio di fiori all'entrata sicuramente un bell'elemento di design. Camere di recente ristrutturazione e di design.
Cons: Check in non dei migliori come esperienza, la mattina per il check out c'era la coda (nonostante ci fossero comunque 3 concierge). Se siete alle camere basse (1 e 2 piano) oltre a non avere alcun tipo di vista e vedere un muro di un palazzo abbastanza vecchio ma abitato (quindi no privacy) la notte sentirete i rumori delle persone che escono dal ristorante/discoteca (che chiude alle 4 quindi continui rumori tutta la notte. In bagno la crema era finita, rimanendo due notti non è stato re-inserito il dentifricio. Sinceramente da un 5 stelle con questi voti mi aspettavo di più.

Posizione centrale, ottima per visitare la città a piedi.Ho adorato questo hotel appena l'ho visto. L'atmosfera è magica, complice anche l'angolo di rivendita fiori al suo interno. Il profumo nll'aria mi ha ispirato pulizia, calma rilassatezza. Ho amato il ristorante al nono piano, penso di non aver mai mangiato una paella così buona in tutta la mia vita! La camera spaziosa, silenziosa e curata nei dettagli. Nel bagno oltre al phoon c'era anche la piastra per i capelli.COLAZIONE TOP! Mia figlia ha adorato i ravioli cinesi, per me l'avocado toast è stato insuperabile. La varietà di pietanze: impareggiabile!!!

Great stay, fantastic location. Staff were super helpful and provided some things for our anniversary and my wife's birthday. Lobby area is very lively and easy to find places to eat and drink (especially breakfast) within walking distance. Bike hire is right opposite and can get you to the beach in 20 mins through the main park that runs through the spine of the city. Great room and shower facilities and a comfortable bed.

The location was central to much of the must-see tourist area. The front desk people were friendly and their English was perfect. They provided a map of the area when I asked for one, and drew directions to where I wanted to go.
Cons: Some personal care items were not replaced, nor were the coffee pods. I'm sure I could have gotten both by stopping by or calling the front desk, but it wasn't that important.

It is centrally located , the restaurant upstairs has delicious food . The staff are the gem of the property though. Emmanuela , Veronica and Tomas deserve a raise. They were beyond helpful , friendly and truly went above and beyond

Die Unterkunft ist innenarchitektonisch sehr schön gestaltet. Die Juniorsuite im Freien bietet genügend Platz um sich wohl zu fühlen, der Balkon gewährt etwas Zugang an die Luft. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kommt zu Fuss oder mit dem ÖV schnell ans Ziel.
Cons: Für mich ist der erste Eindruck wichtig und dieser stimmte grundsätzlich, mit etwas Wartezeit wurde uns gesagt das Zimmer sei bereit. Für die Wartezeit wurde uns ein Glas Schaumwein angeboten. Als wir ins Zimmer gehen konnten wurde uns nicht angeboten das Gepäck nach oben zu bringen, ich fand dies nicht schlimm da wir nicht viel an Gepäck mitbrachten. Eine nette Geste war das handgemachte Plüschtier Schaf das auf dem Bett wartete, ohne eine kleine Handsignatur. Da wir nicht viel Zeit im Hotel selber verbringen ist mir die Zeit in der wir dort sind fällt bei mir Kleinigkeiten um so mehr ins Gewicht. Als wir am Abend den Room Service um neue Handtücher baten kamen keine nach 30 Minuten. Nach erneutem Nachfragen kamen immer noch keine, sie kamen auch später nicht. Als wir am nächsten Tag auschecken wollten war das Receptionspersonal sehr unfreundlich und kaum hilfreich. Als wir nach Strandtücher gegen ein Depot fragten gabe es nur ein kurzes: „30€ pro Person.“ Nicht Depot sondern Miete fürs Ausleihen. Ich sehe den Sinn dahinter nicht, man könnte damit ja auch gleich 5 Tücher kaufen, aber das will ich ja gar nicht? Auch als wir das mit den Handtüchern gemeldet haben war die Antwort nur ob wir es vorher schon jemandem gemeldet haben. Schlussendlich gab mir das Personal, vor allem am Empfang oder auch dem Room Service das Gefühl nicht Willkommen zu sein. Ich will keine definitiven Schlüsse ziehen aber unser junges Erscheinungsbild und vielleicht unserem nicht der Hotelnorm entsprechendem Kleidungsstil ist diese Abneigung geschuldet. Wenn ich ein Fussballtrikot anziehen möchte weil ich es schön, stylish oder bequem finde, dann erwarte ich als Gast in solch einem Hotel, die gleiche Behandlung wie eine Person in einem Anzug, vor allem wenn man mit einer Junior Suite mehr als andere ausgibt in ihrem Hotel. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich das nächste mal in Valencia wieder auf das Palau Vallier oder The Westin setzen.

The breakfast was excellent - great choice of food, staff were very helpful and breakfast until 11 am gave us a chance every morning to take our time getting up. The bar was great with a good location directly behind reception. Bar staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that you were happy. Our bedroom was cosy and the bathroom was a good size and we were very impressed with the shower - a good size and plenty of room in it.
Cons: The reception area lacks space and isn’t relaxing. The hotel entrance is too close to the reception.

The staff were extra nice, especially to my 2 yo. They also accommodated my requests such as to deliver the hotel's restaurant meals to the room. The location is pretty great too, close to nice places and restaurants.

Funcionários muito atenciosos. Nosso quarto não era muito grande, mas tinha um bom espaço. A localização é muito boa! Não tomamos café no hotel, tinha um custo de 25 euros por pessoa. O restaurante é ok e o bar é muito bom! Recomendo!

El staff del hotel es muy agradable, al llegar al hotel nos ofrecieron un trago de bienvenuda. Todo el hotel es hermoso, comodo y limpio. El desayuno es increible, muy completo todo. Y la ubicacion es perfecta, todo esta cerca para caminar. Solo pasamos una noche pero de ser posible nos quedabamos unos dias mas.

The atmosphere of the hotel is great: light and happy. The marketing department seems to work very well - full of signs that the hotel wants to make you feel welcome. Very comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The restaurants and bar onsite were wonderful. Location can't be beat. Not a bad thing to say about staying here!
Cons: Front desk offered to make us a reservation at the Japanese restaurant, when we showed up for the reservation time they made it for the upstairs restaurant which we had already been, and the Japanese restaurant was fully booked and couldn't take us - it was frustrating and annoying.

From the moment I arrived all the staff were friendly and very welcoming, including offering a complimentary drink while I checked in, and they were always looking to help and assist. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the old town. My room was large and spacious and very very comfortable. And the rates are extremely good value too.

Solemos viajar a Valencia seguido a visitar a la familia. Y desde que nos quedamos la primera vez en el Only You hemos repetido siempre. Mas allá de las instalaciones y la ubicación que son inmejorables, o del mejor desayuno de hotel que hemos comido nunca, lo que hace diferente al hotel es la gente que trabaja ahí, siempre haciéndonos sentir como en casa, con mucha amabilidad y estando presentes, no es como en otros hoteles donde el personal trata de ser invisible, aquí llenan el espacio con alegría y hacen que la estancia sea siempre memorable. Seguiremos repitiendo seguro.

The welcome was impeccable, especially Veronica, who immediately made us feel pampered. We were upgraded to a suite to celebrate my birthday. The room was very spacious and the view was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities were perfect. The buffet breakfast on the top floor is absolutely worth including, with a special mention to the lady managing the coffee corner. All the staff were very kind and welcoming, always with a smile.

Das Hotel ist in der Altstadt von Valencia und liegt für fast alle Unternehmungen sehr günstig. Die meisten Attraktionen sind fußläufig zu erreichen - einzig für Oceanographic Museum , Science Museum und Hemisphärenmuseum haben wir den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Bus) gebraucht. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist hätte man aber auch über den Turia-Park auch das gut zu Fuß erreichen können ( ca 3,5 km einfach) - der Park ist sehr schön! Empfehlen würden wir jedem eine Fahrradtour durch den Park ans Meer zu machen. Auch am Meer entlang gibt es sehr schöne Radwege. Wie voll das allerdings in der Hochsaison ist - wissen wir nicht. Im Januar ist in Valencia wirklich absolute Nebensaison. Zunächst war es deshalb auch recht frisch, so dass wir das Zimmer heizen mussten. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist wirklich ein Genuss - man hat vom 9. Stock auch einen Ausblick bis runter an den Hafen. Und der Sonnenaufgang ist herrlich. Das Personal ist überall auffallend und wohltuend freundlich - alles top gepflegt und sauber. Die Betten sind gut. Unser Zimmer hatten wir uns nach der Beschreibung etwas größer vorgestellt. Die Geräte im Gym sind hochwertig und gut - der Raum ist eher klein , aber ganz gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet, auch nicht die Bar. (= sehr gut besucht, muss gut sein ;) )
Cons: Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber morgens hört man schon mal die Anlieferung zum Hotel und Müllautos oder Taxis. Wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist - ist auch das kein Problem!

Amazing hotel, great staff, nothing seemed like too much. Absolutely fantastic breakfast - probably the best I’ve ever had from dozens of 5* hotels. Amazing coffee, fresh fruit, made to order choices, just everything you could expect and probably worth €50pp alone.

Our experience at ONLY YOU Hotel Valencia was exceptional in every way, 10 across the board. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect, and we genuinely regret not staying longer. We were warmly welcomed by Anderson — thank you for your outstanding hospitality, it truly made a difference. The room was beautiful, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent, the room was completely soundproof, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept wonderfully. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a two-minute walk from Plaça de l’Ajuntament, right in the center of everything. The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic, and we especially loved the flower boutique — such a charming detail. We will most definitely return and would not hesitate to stay here again.

O café da manhã é incrível, com direito a um coffee bar que oferece vários tipos de café e diferentes métodos de infusão. Scelta migliore per l’ultimo giorno dell’anno non si poteva fare. Ambiente vivo, colorato, pieno di vivacità nei colori come hotel e soprattutto ricco di umanità, prontezza da parte dello staff. Sono un po’ di parte per le coccole ricevute dal personale italiano in testa Gabriele, Veronica ma tutti ritengo siano stati superlativi. Anche per ovviare ad un disguido da me creato per il Capodanno. Lunga vita a questo hotel. Vivamente consigliato per le vostre permanenze a Valencia.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, jeśli ktoś wybiera się na sylwestra, to plac gdzie jest impreza jest 3 min piechotą. Bardzo ładny wystrój, ładny widok na śniadaniu. Butelka wina z życzeniami noworocznymi była bardzo miła. Całkiem dobre śniadania, dużo opcji. Super temperatura i ciśnienie wody, niby oczywistość, ale nie wszędzie.
Cons: Sprzątanie - po porannym sprzątaniu w szafce w części dziennej zostały brudne talarze i kubki po herbacie. Zapach - to chyba problem globalny tej części miasta, ale zapach naprawdę niszczy fantastyczne wrażenia wizualne pięknego wnętrza.
