Le palace -idéalement situé- et ses divers espaces sont d'une grande beauté et parfaitement entretenus. Nous avons été généreusement surclassés grâce à la très prévenante et efficace Sukheina et la suite avec terrasses était fort agréable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner offrait un grand choix, dont des msemens cuits à la minute exceptionnels (la dame qui les préparait a aussi fait de succulents petits pains de maïs). Les dîners au magnifique restaurant El Korsan furent excellents, l'orchestre et les danseuses sublimes. Tout le personnel (portier, voiturier, accueil, service de table et de chambre) était très attentionné et chaleureux (mention spéciale pour Zacharias qui nous a servis avec beaucoup de zèle et de gentillesse aux petits-déjeuners et aux dîners). Nous projetons déjà de revenir à Tanger et c'est bien sûr au Minzah que nous séjournerons.

El hotel es un clasico y eso hay que saberlo, necesita actualizarse, la piscina muy bien, el desayuno ok sin más, los camareros muy simpáticos y serviciales y la ubicación muy buena para la medina. Los hombre de la entrada no sirven para nada, no abren la puerta ni piden taxis ni sonríen, vamos que mejor que no esten.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück köstlich, die Räume sind so traumschön und der Innenhof mit seinem Wasserspiel lässt einen von 1001 Nacht träumen. Cons: Buffet déjeuner : bcp de choses manquent, le personnel ne fait pas assez attention pour recharger le pain, la harira, le Nutella etc…, les tables restent sales après le départ des gens, il faut demander de nettoyer une table pour y manger, buffet en journée à 400 dh par personne c’est très très cher pour ce qui est proposé, je vous conseille de manger dehors , pas de fer à repasser dans les chambres , la piscine très petite, vu le nombre de gens ne donne pas envie d’y aller

Petit déjeuner parfait. Repas du soir: nous avons essayé les 3 restaurants. Le gastro est très bien. Le dine bar est lui aussi très agréable, mais la saison n’était pas la bonne car trop froide (absence de chauffage) nous avons terminé le séjour au bar. Le service est très très bien partout, la cuisine commune aux trois restaurants permet de choisir les mêmes plats quelque soit le lieu . C’est parfait.
Cons: Le service n’a pas besoin d’être amélioré, il est parfait. Par contre, il faut remonter le niveau des équipements par un entretien plus suivi. ( contrôle des portes fenêtre, des fermetures de baies vitrées, améliorer l’éclairage salle de bain ( rasage), faire attention aux détails.

Expensive for what it is which I would rate as 3 star by international standards in what is a modern port city (not the self rated 5). Yes had hot water but ineffective noisy plumbing, old chipped decor, thin walls and tv reception didn’t work. Checked in 5 pm tried to get news and no tv reception, reported and no action or feedback by reception. Went to use indoor pool and sauna as a married couple -no signs as to whether mixed male and female access possible in any room instructions ( there was no guide as to the hotel facilities advertised when you book and how to access them) or instructions at pool/sauna when we found it. Had to walk up and down stairs through multiple add on buildings to get to what was a cramped sauna. A local man who uses gym/sauna opened door and apologised when he found me as a (clothed) woman and her husband sat in the sauna but when he later came back as no other options he was a nice chap to talk to. Long convoluted and poorly signed walk back to room. Food in hotel seemed ok but nothing special. Loud music from bar made it impossible to get to sleep. Reported music to Ahmed at reception at 2200 (when he eventually answered the operator not reception telephone line) who said this was normal until 2300 -this was a Friday night. The next morning we reported disappointment in noise levels to Saturday morning manager as we checked out who told us the music ceased at 2230 ( it did not!), he also told us this is normal and he had upgraded us (omg if that was an upgrade… ) and basically was dismissive and didn’t care to have any guest feedback. Photos of the old hotel and guests paraded on walls from a time when there was no competition-this hotel appears to live off past glories. Expensive for what it is and relative to other hotels and Riads in the week we have travelled in Morocco as a family.

Cons: The wellness centre has plenty of poorly maintained facilities and old fitness equipment. The TV didn’t work in the room. Very very noisy in the room (local music from the social area below) until 11pm. Room smelled of smoke. Manager showed no concern about the noise or the TV not working. We paid a lot of money for a hotel most definitely not 5 star anymore!

Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Minzah ha sido en general positiva. Destacamos especialmente la amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a hacer la estancia más agradable. El hotel tiene el atractivo de ser antiguo, con mucho encanto, aunque esto también hace que algunas instalaciones resulten algo incómodas. En invierno, además, los pasillos son bastante fríos, lo que resta confort. El desayuno es muy bueno, con variedad y calidad, y los camareros son especialmente atentos y profesionales. En una ocasión tuvimos que coger un taxi y el personal fue muy amable aconsejándonos y ayudándonos a localizarlo, lo cual agradecimos mucho. En resumen, un hotel con historia y encanto, ideal si se valora el trato cercano y el ambiente clásico, aunque con algunos detalles mejorables en comodidad.

Veldig stilig hotell, som ligger midt i byen. Ut døren er du rett i overkant av markedet, som vi besøkte flere ganger. Hotellet er fint med gode senger, og god mat. Vi spiste i restauranten en kveld, og det var bra med live underholdning. Vi brukte også spaet med massasje. Uteområdet med bassenget var herlig - og med god service. Hotellet er trolig noen tiår gammelt, så det er ikke det mest moderne hotellet du kommer til å bo på, men jeg syntes det var uvesentlig. Veldig sjarmerende hotell!

Historical hotel with certain charm. The suites are nice. Other rooms are nicely decorated. New windows and remodelled bathrooms.
Cons: The hotel is positioned as a high-end 5 star property. The service definitely is not up to the level. Nobody helped with the luggage at the entrance. The regular rooms are very small by the modern standard and very dark. It was very depressing and inconvenient. The mattress was very hard and not comfortable. The shower stall doesn't have a door and the bathroom is always wet. There is only instant coffee provided in the room. The breakfast was disappointing. Great at the first look but everything was cold. Try to eat a cold omelette and drink cold tea. Called a manager to complain. The next day is the same problem. The lady making Moroccan crepes arrived only at 9 when we were on the way out. I wanted to have a haircut. The receptionist told us that they have one on site at the spa. We went there only to find that they don't. Overall impression is a lot of staff in fancy clothes but very little help. They prefer to talk between themselves rather than provide services.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was perfect and allowed me to walk easily to the American legation museum, the Tanger medina, and the boulevard.

Un grande hotel del secolo scorso. Personalmente ho trovato molto piacevole l'atmosfera un po' fanée che sprigiona questa storica location anche se qualche piccola caduta sui dettagli della camera o il bagno con tubature un po rumorose potrebbero far storcere il naso a chi pensa che un 5 stelle debba rappresentare la perfezione. Belli gli spazi comuni, comodissimi il parcheggio interno e i ristoranti dell'albergo specie in serate piovose come quella vissuta a Tangeri. Ottima la colazione.

J’aime la légende qui entoure le Minzah et le charme qui se dégage de l’établissement. J’aime la vue sur mer des chambres.
Cons: GROS GROS problèmes d’insonorisation des chambres 215, 216 qui communiquent entre elles; comme la 212 aussi. Lorsque l’on voyage seul, on entend tout mais absolument tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre à côté. Et lorsque les voisins font ce que deux personnes font ensemble dans un lit; soit vous quittez la chambre soit vous ne bougez plus de peur qu’ils vous entendent !!!!! Mais on entend aussi le mondre mots, pas, respiration et ronflements!!!! C’est absolument désagréable. Comme si l’on partageait un appartement. I

J'ai été miraculeusement surclassée avec une chambre avec terrasse et une très belle vue. Hôtel calme. Je le connais depuis plus de 30 ans toujours très joli.
Cons: Pour le petit-déjeuner en chambre la demande des serveurs de 50 DH supplémentaire pas annoncée et pas constante. Le sol de la chambre (faux parquet en plastique) pas au niveau de l'hôtel. Boutique nulle. Hammam pas assez chaud.

Todo en este hotel es fantástico, desde la atención del personal a las instalaciones. El desayuno estupendo, las zonas de wellness... Se respira el espíritu de haber sido un hotel de renombre en la época del protectorado. El trato fue exquisito en todo momento, nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación y el día que salíamos hacia el aeropuerto nos trajeron el desayuno a la habitación de madrugada. Sin duda volveré siempre a este hotel cuando vuelva a la ciudad mágica de Tanger.

We stayed in a family suite, which was very big and luxurious. Very nice reception, including a large fruit and cookies platter. Great facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and the sauna. We had the lovely stay. Dinner was good as well, but the service could have been a little faster.
Cons: The SPA area could have been a little bit more equipped, but we still enjoyed our visit to the sauna and the indoor pool. And as said, the service for our dinner in the Wine Bar was a little slow (although there were very few guests).

Hotel Colonial espectacular. Nada que ver con los hoteles industriales de su categoría. Un ambiente muy tranquilo que invita al descanso e incluso a hablar con un tono de voz bajo. Un patio precioso, un servicio excelente, personal dispuesto a ayudarte incluso en cosas que en otros hoteles no ayudan, varios restaurantes con diferentes ambientes, Spa, gimnasio, piscina exterior y piscina climatizada...y todo a 5 minutos andando de la Kasbah y a 5 minutos andando de la zona más moderna de Tánger. No tengo dudas de que en mi próxima visita a Tánger (muy pronto), volveré a alojarme en este fantástico hotel

Tuve que llamar unas 5 veces y esperar casi 10 días solo para que me enviaran informacion del spa, que al llegar esa carta está en las habitaciones, no creo que cueste mucho hacer una foto y enviarla, dejadez total. Fuimos a reservar un transfer al aeropuerto y nos dijeron 200Mad para 6 personas, al día siguiente eran 300Mad y la recepcionista acusándonos a nosotras que no lo habíamos entendido. Si trabajas en atención al cliente nunca pongas en duda lo que un cliente te dice, quizá es hora de reconocer los errores que uno comete, nosotras fuimos varias en escuchar la información. No parecieron nada profesionales y muy antipáticos, les hablaba en francés por que estamos en Marruecos y me hablaron fatal para decirme que porque les hablas en francés, solo intentaba adaptarme al idioma de ellos.. el día del check out bajé a desayunar y cuando subí antes de la hora del check out habían entrado en mi habitación y me habían quitado las toallas eso no deberían hacerlo el huésped aún no se ha ido. Deja un poco que desear el trato para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas. El desayuno poca variedad y cuando se acaba algo ni lo renuevan.

The hotel facilities were excellent with a great breakfast selection and different restaurants with fantastic food on offer for evening meals as well as an outdoor and indoor pool. There are lovely courtyards to sit in and the room with a balcony had a great view. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The hotel is in a really good location too.

Cons: La suite était bizarrement configurée, avec une salle de bains immense, n'offrant qu'une baignoire (non moins gigantesque) pas très pratique car le pommeau de douche aspergeait partout et n'était pas facile à maîtriser. De toute évidence la suite avait été refaite récemment : dans ce cas-là, il aurait mieux fallu installer une grande douche. Mais tout cela n'est qu'un "reproche" mineur. Par ailleurs, certains jours de week-end la piscine est prise d'assaut par des gamins très bruyants qui transforment cet endroit censé être cool en piscine municipale hurlante. Et ni les parents ni le staff n'y font quoi que ce soit.

Los que más nos gustó fué la ubicación, el edificio y las instalaciones
Cons: Las almohadas mejorables. Pedimos albornoces para poder ir a la piscina climatizada y nos dijeron que nos los llevarían a la habitación. Estuvimos esperándolos hora y media y al final decidimos cambiar de plan para esa tarde. Otro detalle que no nos gustó es que se nos ocurrió comprar 6 pastelitos marroquís (éramos 5 personas) en una pastelería cercana al hotel, para comérnoslos en la terraza de la piscina con un té. A los pocos minutos vino algún responsable del hotel para decirnos, de una manera un tanto intimidatoria, que nos guardáramos los pasteles. Que si queríamos pasteles, ellos también tenían, cosa que desconocíamos puesto que no los tenían expuestos en ningún sitio. Fue un detalle muy poco elegante después de habernos gastado mas de 1.500 euros en ese hotel.

I would separate the review to the hotel itself and then the personnel. Hotel itself does have great atmosphere. It is very stylish, classic and interesting. I really liked the ambience and feeling it gives to guests. It needs overall refurbishment, which is partially happening. Our room had renovated bathroom, but the rest was really old. Everything was working, but the closet for example was looking to fall apart soon. Bed was however comfortable. Overall, interesting place, we liked it despite its flaws.
Cons: Personnel. On arrival, the receptionist was very friendly, checkin was quick and we were taken to our room. On checkout, I have asked a day before, whether we could get late checkout (8pm) and I was obviously willing to pay for that. Day before, we were told, that coming on day of departure, we will sort it in the morning and I was even given the price. On day of departure, different person on reception was rude, absolutely not willing to listen, just told me, that it is not possible due to the fact the hotel is busy. Next guest was offered additional night without any issues and booking site was indicating available rooms. I would kind of accept the hotel was busy, but this guy literally left our conversation and stopped talking to me about options (like I can buy another night). Simply said, you can buy another night is you see it on booking.com and left the reception desk without even trying to close our debate. It causes us some issues on the day of departure and I would never come back to this place just because of this. I hate ignorance and people in services behaving like that.

Nous avons aimé la vue sur le port et le jardin depuis la chambre, la gentillesse et l’efficacité du personnel , la piscine un peu froide en octobre mais tellement agréable avec le resto qui donne sur la piscine. Le Maroc est une super destination en saison intermédiaire ( printemps et automne )!!! Merci à Monia pour son super massage d’1h anti stress au spa( l’équipe est très pro😉) et merci à Aïcha au service du petit-dej , tellement attentive aux clients . Elles sont remarquables !!!

it’s an old hotel, and the maintenance could definitely be improved. Expectations were high for a 5-star property, but to be honest, it probably was a 5-star hotel back in the 90s. Today, it feels more like a 3-star hotel — though the food is good and the staff are kind. Also, important to mentioned that I recommend the VIP hammam experience, the breakfast, the Moroccan dinner and the location.
Cons: The shower pressure could be better, as well as the bathroom’s plumbing system. Definitely the toilet paper too… and other areas of the hotel also need attention: the pool requires maintenance (tiles are coming off), and the hotel is quite old — clearly it was glamorous in the past.

Das Hotel ist eine wahre Ikone in Tanger und beeindruckt durch seinen historischen Charme und eine elegante Atmosphäre. Der Innenhof und die Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein, während der großzügige Frühstücksraum mit einer vielfältigen Auswahl begeistert. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll gestaltet und bieten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und professionell – wir kamen mitten in der Nacht nach 1:00 Uhr an und konnten dennoch problemlos noch etwas trinken bekommen, was heutzutage leider nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Der größte Pluspunkt ist zweifellos die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Der Pool, obwohl schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, ist mit seiner enormen Größe ein echtes Highlight und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das internationale Ambiente verleiht dem Hotel eine besondere, weltoffene Atmosphäre, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Insgesamt ein wundervolles Hotel, das mit seinem Charme, ausgezeichnetem Service und einzigartigem Flair eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung in Tanger bietet.

Convenient, beautiful pool, lovely views of harbour, piano bar, breakfasts especially as a vegetarian are amazing , great selection and dining room beautiful . We were given a lovely room with harbour view. The lift helps a lot. Korsan restaurant with music and dancing is amazing but service and food especially for vegetarian was not as good as it could be but Tangiers has not caught up with high standard of vegan and vegetarian food options like Marrakech yet. This is a romantic place and special to us because my husband proposed to me in Korsan restaurant here 19 years ago so we love to return and reminisce - very nostalgic. So many artists, actors stayed here in its hay day. It is refined and sophisticated but very relaxing around the pool . Full of great art too. The piano bar and piano player who’s been there 25 years is wonderful - feel like you are in Casablanca movie! It is quite formal but relaxing. I can’t think of anywhere else I’d like to stay in Tangiers. Thank you.
Cons: Service makes the place and first night the service was not good as we used to have the best waiters and staff 18-12 years ago before they retired but on telling manager it improved a lot second day. Please have more pure vegan and vegetarian food options . It’s quite pricey but you get a lot of beauty and atmosphere and history. The breakfasts are exceptional and good for veggies. Thank you

Tenían una colección interminable de fotografías de personalidades (políticos, actores, actrices, deportistas...), de nivel mundial que se han alojado en el Hotel realmente impresionante. El Patio central una joya. El Spa con jacuzzi y piscina climatizada se encontraban en un edificio más nuevo con acceso directo desde el Hotel

Great location just outside and above the medina and walking distance to the ferry terminal (although the return from the terminal is uphill all the way). The hotel architecture is very nice and the rooms are nice sized. the bar, restaurant, and pool areas are well kept with plenty of seating, The food choices and quality were excellent. All of the staff were very polite and professional.

Just finished 7 days at El Minzah the Queen of Tangiers overlooking Sky blue Mediterranean. The food was superb and the service outstanding. Stand out work from Ayman in Kade’s Bar and Abdul at the pool. Nothing was too much trouble for these multilingual wizards. The room I was in was a throwback from the Rita Hayworth era. Just to be there was a date with destiny. Who cares about Rick’s in Casablanca when we have the Courtyard at Minzah. 6 stars all the way !

I loved this hotel! In the heart of tangier, this historic hotel hosted Winston Churchill in the 1930s. It has 2 bars. It has a very good restaurant. It has entertainment. The room is comfortable and has some English TV. I cant believe anyone would rate this less than 4 if you ever tried any other hotel in Morocco. This is a Moroccan 10!

The location is great and the pool is a big bonus. The staff are generally polite and helpful. It's a grand hotel that feels like it's from another era. We also received an updgrade family room and that was very kind.
Cons: The pool area could be a little cleaner. Bits of trash from wrappers on the ground, empty glasses and bottles that are not collected and ash trays that are not emptied. Considering the amount of staff available they could stay on top of this better. The service at the bar is also terrible, ordered food that never arrived. Again they seem to have a lot of staff but perhaps better training would help. The reception staff were by far the most professional.

Dalla camera, arredata con gusto ma semplice, al personale delle pulizie, che inizia dalla mattina presto ed è sempre attento fino a chi gestisce i ristoranti, la reception, gli spazi come la piscina e il centro benessere. Cons: Mala experiencia por el fatal estado de la piscina. El primer día mi hijo de 5 años chocó contra el bordillo que se encontraba roto con bordes cortantes haciéndose una brecha que supuso la necesidad de ambulancia y atención medica con 5 puntos de sutura en su cabeza. Esto supuso un dolor inmenso para él, un susto tremendo para la familia y la imposibilidad de poder disfrutar de la piscina durante nuestra estancia que era el propósito de las vacaciones ya que durante 10 días no se podía mojar la cabeza. La factura del médico fueron 4000dh que tuve que pagar yo. Durante tres días estuve en recepción reclamando el seguro del hotel (y perdiendo tiempo de mis vacaciones) para que hicieran frente a la factura ya que se produjo por el mal estado de sus instalaciones y me estuvieron dando negativas e incluso intentaron regatearme. Me ofrecieron primero 600dh, luego 2000dh y después de discutir en repetidas ocasiones en recepción conseguí que me abonarán la factura. Jamás pensé que un hotel de esta categoría actuaría así ante un accidente ocasionado por el mal estado de sus instalaciones. Amargo sabor de boca de lo que tendría que haber sido unas dulces vacaciones en familia. (He intentado poner en conocimiento al hotel vía email para que solucionen el estado de la piscina en dos ocasiones de lo ocurrido pero no he obtenido respuesta)

L'accueil, les voiturier, le personnel du spa sont sympathiques, je n'en dirai pas autant des autres helas... pour un hôtel de ce nom, le service se doit d'être irreprochable.. L'emplacement est super. Petite piscine basique mais qui fait le boulot. Spa pas mal.
Cons: Chambres mal insonorisées, personnels pas souriants, pas de bonjour ou "avez vous besoin de quelque chose?"... sauf l'accueil à l'arrivée, les voituriers aussi très sympas.

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel. Además del hecho que fuera un clásico de Tánger. Fueron muy amables en el trato en el restaurante marroquí al que recomiendo ir.
Cons: El hotel necesita actualizarse, tanto en los espacios comunes como en las habitaciones. Se ha quedado un poco antiguo.

Le personnel super malgré un quiproquo entre le réceptionniste de l’accueil et celui de la sortie, mais tout s’est arrangé. Super hôtel qui mérite son 5 étoiles. Le personnel était super, la chambre magnifique (en plus on a eu droit à un surclassement). L’hôtel est très beau et très propre. Et une vue sur mer incroyable

Cons: Vi spiste middag i restauranten. Formidabel underholdning, som desværre ingenlunde kunne godtgøre den ekstremt ringe hovedret vi fik serveret. Vi valgte begge couscous da det må forventes at en sådan ret vil være i særklasse på et sådan smukt og historisk sted, men vi blev fælt skuffede. Couscous'en var så tør at det næsten ikke var muligt at synke, kyllingen som lå ovenpå var ligeså tør - som om den havde ligget der natten over. Derudover var retten helt uden smag - intet til at formilde måltidets særdeles ringe udtryk. En helt og aldeles skuffende oplevelse. Vi spiste en mundfuld og resten blev båret ud.

Très Beau cadre, spa, emplacement parfait
Cons: L’organisation du petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorée. Différence de traitement en fonction des clients. Certains sont servis comme des rois à table et d’autres sont plus ou moins ignorés dans leur demande … il faut toujours demander pour avoir de l’eau et attendre …. parfois il faut réitérer la demande. Idem pour les serviettes à la piscine, pas toujours facile d’en obtenir … bref je m’attendais à mieux pour un 5 étoiles. Check in expéditif, peu d’explications fournies …sur la restauration notamment. Enfin, Je n’ai pas eu la Chambre que j’avais réservée avec le nombre de m2 indiqué sur le détail de la chambre dans booking mais une plus petite et sans information de la réception. Je m’en suis rendu compte moi-même.

Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. L’accueil était super, nous avons été surclassés et avons eu une magnifique suite avec une belle vue sur la piscine. Panier de fruits, assortiment de pâtisseries orientales et bouquet de fleurs nous attendaient pour notre plus grand plaisir. La décoration de cet hôtel est très belle, celui-ci regorge d’histoire et de vécu. Le personnel était très gentil et le spa très agréable !
Cons: Nous avons eu de la moisissure et un écoulement d’eau à travers un des murs de la salle de bain qui laissait le sol mouillé en permanence. Nous avons signalé le problème à plusieurs reprises mais malheureusement cela n’a pas été arrangé avant notre départ. Je trouve cela dommage pour un hôtel 5 étoiles… Les sanitaires méritent d’être rénovés !

El Minzah is in a great location in Tangier with an awesome staff! We decided to return to Tangier throughout our stay and re-booked at El Minzah because we had such a great stay. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated feeling welcomed by each staff member. Another bonus is the great pool!
Cons: The hotel is clean, nice and in a great location but travelers should know this is not an updated hotel. At one point, I'm sure it was 4 stars with top graded amenities but if this place got a face lift it would be set a part!

I was on a business trip for five weeks and stayed at this hotel for the entire trip. My room was very nicely appointed had that 1930s feel sort of James Bond World War II espionage sense about it. The staff were fantastic buffet breakfast was very good. I didn't really have dinner apart from the old room Service but the dinner I had was okay had far better Moroccan food elsewhere but the hotel itself was great I loved it. Photographs attached. I would highly recommend it.

Cons: - très mauvais rapport qualité prix - Le Petit-déjeuner (buffet) n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles : très peu de produits locaux (mssemen uniquement), œufs brouillés en poudre, cuillères en plastique, jus industriels, respect douteux de la chaîne du froid pour tout ce qui est fromage et yaourt, tables pas toujours bien nettoyées, dressage des tables approximatif (serviettes manquantes, ou sel/poivre manquant), réapprovisionnement du buffet pas toujours fait, pas d’eau - Très mauvais sens du service, si vous voulez qu’on s’occupe de vous à table comme on est en droit de s’attendre dans un hôtel cinq étoiles, il faut penser a graisser les pattes du personnel. - la réception ne rend pas la monnaie à l’encaissement de la taxe de séjour.

Très belle hôtel de charme plein d'authenticité. La suite était magnifique et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions qui nous ont été proposées à l'heure du goûter :)
Cons: Nous n'avons pas osé utiliser les prestations du spa à cause des nombreux avis négatifs lus sur le net, en particulièrement concernant le personnel féminin... C’est vraiment dommage pour la réputation de ce bel hôtel. Qu'attendez vous pour réagir ! Et contrairement au check in qui s'est très bien passé, le check out a été très expéditif, c'est dommage de laisser partir les clients sur cette impression

Hôtel mythique de Tanger, il garde un charme fou. Ces atouts ? La localisation, les piscines, les restaurants, le bar, l'espace SPA, sport... etc. Bref il a tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin. Excellent hôtel pour ceux qui cherchent à être en centre ville (la médina est à quelques minutes à pied), au calme et dans un hôtel aux décorations mauresques. Convient très bien à une famille.
Cons: Service au bar : pas toujours très aimable et longue attente pour être servi.
