Cons: Oha vriendelijk maar er is overal in het gebouw veel teveel licht en was overal veel te fel en overal muziek. Muziek vanaf het ontbijt tot 's avonds. Verschrikkelijk al dat licht en geluid!. We stayed here for New Years in rooms 611 and 612, both had 2 single beds. The views were of other buildings. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment. The rooms had water, safe, towels, toiletries, TV. The toilet was separate to the shower and we preferred this. The doors had no locks though. The rooms were exceptionally clean and so well done to the housekeeping team. We did use the spa, it’s 300MAD for a 30 min scrub or massage and 500MAD for 60 mins. There is also an indoor pool with loungers, lots if kids were swimming and enjoying it. Outside there’s a small shop next door and an express carrefour about 5 mins walk away behind the hotel. I also saw a laundry place near the carrefour if someone was staying longer.

Très bel hôtel avec de belles prestations. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue exceptionnelle du 11ème étage avec vue sur la mosquée Hassan II. On ne s'en lassait pas. Ma femme a apprécié le spa, les soins prodigués par une professionnelle efficace et nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée jusqu'à 22h. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très professionnel. La literie est très bonne et la chambre cosy. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
Cons: Peut être le manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres (on entendait les sèches cheveux comme s'ils étaient dans la pièce).

Voyageant pour le travail, j'ai été surclassée et la chambre que l'on m'a donnée était particulièrement spacieuse et agréable, avec vue sur la mosquée Hassan II. Le personnel, en particulier les concierges, étaient très attentionnés. Je regrette de ne pas avoir eu le temps de profiter du spa et serais ravie de pouvoir revenir dans cet hôtel pour des congés en famille !

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, upscale design, and on a very busy and major road (Boulevard d'Anfa) which is filled with amenities and restaurants. Rooms were small but nice, and we were pleased to have nice views of the city.

The staff at the hotel were incredible. From reception, to the restaurant staff and even the maids - all absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much for them. The rooms were immaculate. Clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the location was ideal for us.
Cons: Breakfast was largely basic but did the job. I just wish the pool was heated. It wasn’t necessarily too cold but had it been warmer, my children would have enjoyed it a little more.

Ich war in den letzten 4 Jahren mehrmals jährlich im Idou Anfa. Die Infrastruktur (grosse Lobby, Pool, Fitness, Zimmer) ist sehr gut, ebenfalls die Lage. Die meisten Zimmer gehen auf die Hinterseite und sind somit ziemlich ruhig.
Cons: Für ein 4* Hotel ist das kalte Buffet recht mässig. Die Salate sind ein wenig lieblos und immer dieselben. Dasselbe gilt für die Früchte.

First time visitor to Morocco and quite honestly didn't know what to expect. As Americans we are conditioned to think of many foreign places as backwards, dirty, crime infested, etc. and many people in America would view Morocco that way. Well, if I had any doubts, our first night in this modern, well run hotel quickly dispelled them. Our room was clean and modern. I hope you like your mattress extra firm because ours was super, extra film. Still, I was so tired from the flight(s) from Seattle, that I slept like a baby. But it is the people who make the hotel special. The two front desk people, Walid and a very nice young lady were so helpful and engaging that we needed up talking to them for 20 minutes. They answered our questions and made change from the big bills we got from an ATM. Dinner was disappointing in terms of food quality. Sure, it was a buffet and you could eat as much as you wanted but at our age we came quality over quantity and the quality wasn't there. Except for the desserts which were fabulous! Be warned that while our dinner was included in the cost of the tour, beverages, even water was extra. Our server, Lalood was professional as well as friendly and was another person who made us feel welcome. Based on what we experienced on our first night in Morocco, we can't wait to see the rest of the country.

We only stayed 2 nights in the hotel. I find it ok for what is offering overall.
Cons: the Breakfast! lack of single tables for 2 people, it was all set up for groups and the variety/options offered were poor and of no taste.

Cons: het ontbijt in Marokko is over het algemeen erg zoet georiënteerd. Dus mensen met diabetes of aanleg daarvoor komen snel in de problemen

The staff were lovely and were very welcoming!
Cons: The facilities were not the best. The fridge wasn’t working and therefore we asked the team to change it as we had milk which needed to be stored inside. They changed it, however it still didn’t work. The next day we asked for the fridge to be sorted again, however it still didn’t work. 3 days later, we finally had a fridge that worked but our milk had gone off 2 times! Secondly, the A/C was not working and it was very warm and uncomfortable at night. Lastly, our room door wouldn’t close properly and would become stiff.

Cons: Extra molto cari, (una bottiglia d'acqua 5 euro che per essere in Marocco è un assurdo. La qualità del cibo al ristorante a buffet a piano terra non è all'altezza. Colazione poco organizzata.

L'hôtel est bien situé, le personnel est très accueillant et les locaux sont propres. Nous avons apprécié la literie ainsi que la piscine (pas très chaude mais ça va encore). Nous avons séjournés que 2 nuits. Petit + pour le spa qui nous a fait du bien (prix raisonnable : 30€ pour 30min, 50€ pour 1h)
Cons: Nous aurions aimé avoir des cuillères et non des spatules pour café, les serviettes n'étaient pas très bien lavées non plus ! Mais à part ça RAS

Spacious room, very clean, easy to walk to major tourist sites. Lovely lounge on top floor with stunning view, but strange that food and drinks were only available for limited hours.
Cons: The air con wasn’t on in the rooms so we had to leave windows open. Chaotic in breakfast area because many tour groups were there.

Cons: Il cameriere del ristorante al 16esimo piano, abbastanza scorbutico.... una sera abbiamo mangiato al ristorante al buffet, non c era quasi più niente e abbiamo speso tanto.

The breakfast was the best part of our stay! SO many options for different eating preferences and an opportunity to try local dishes as well. The location worked well for a quick stay and a little exploring. They were able to call taxis for us to explore or go to the train station.

Cons: Food can be improved greatly. I tried breakfast which was really boring with limited choices. Very pathetic small pieces of fruits. I took a peek at the dinner buffet and the spread was very small and did not look appetising.

Smoothest check-in I've ever seen and polite, helpful staff overall. Decent breakfast (including soups) and a clean, upgraded room with views. Room-service food was okay and not too pricey. Lounge bar upstairs has nightly shows, cozy ambience and good tea. Luggage storage was nicely streamlined.
Cons: Getting things delivered to the room is a drag - iron needs to be ordered from the front desk but it takes up to an hour to arrive and will be taken away the same day (we didn't know that). There are few lights in the room and especially in the bathroom - just one overhead bulb casting cold clinical light, no backlit mirror.
