Cons: NĂŁo houve nada negativo a apontar.

The price was low, but still not low enough for the standard of the room.
Cons: A double bed was shoved into a room that is really meant for a single bed. The hotel was fully booked and we were assigned a ground room floor just off the main dining room, didnât feel safe, or private and we could hear chatter and music from outside. The location was also in a sketchy part of the Medina.

This riad comes at a surprise that you can only see in movies. It is located in area that you would not expect to enter such quite and romantic place. It is definitely an experience. Also, I have to mention that the entire staff are so sweet, personable, friendly, that they make you smile and feel like you dont stay at a hotel. Go and enjoy.

The staff! Everyone exceeded expectations with their helpfulness, professionalism and kindness. Enjoyed our dining experiences, both breakfast and dinners. It was a quiet area. Taxi access was near the riad.

The hotel staff was amazing. Everyone was so kind and took care of us all the time.
Cons: We were given a room on the ground floor, right next to the kitchen and reception, and just a meter away from our bathroom window there was already a restaurant table. At that time, the hotel was fully booked, so there was no chance of changing to a room upstairs. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed because of this. In riads, the windows only face the patio, so there was no other way to let fresh air into the room. It was very uncomfortable to use the toilet while hearing people sitting just one meter away outside at their table. The second window was right next to the bed, so there was no way to relax in bed in the morning because everyone in the patio could see you. There are no curtains, only wooden shutters, so you have to keep the window closed if you donât want to be seen from outside â which you really donât want in a place where itâs 30 degrees (We donât use air conditioning). On top of that, every morning you can hear guests coming down for breakfast, the kitchen noise, pots clattering, and check-outs â thereâs no way to sleep a bit longer because all of this happens literally two meters away from you. The towels were disgustingly gray, worn out, and full of holes â both in the rooms and those used for treatments. And normally, I wouldnât even make such a big deal out of it, because I travel a lot and stay in all kinds of places. BUTâŠhello?? Not for that kind of money!!

This riad is really beautiful â and it looks amazing in photos too! The staff are very kind, enthusiastic, and attentive. They took great care to meet all our needs. However, the place is a bit old and could use some maintenance; improving a few details would make it even better. Overall, itâs a lovely stay and a perfect spot for taking pictures!
Cons: The hot water in our room was a bit weak, which was a little inconvenient. I also thought the double bed would be bigger, but it was quite small â a bit cramped for two people. Also, on the first night, it felt itchy and I didnât sleep well, but after cleaning, it got much better. The location isnât very convenient â it takes about 30 to 40 minutes to walk anywhere. Also, be careful when leaving the hotel; some people might approach you offering help but then ask for money.

The staff were very kind and always ready to help with any request, from buying a SIM card to arranging a quad trip. They made our stay much easier. The food was excellentâthe breakfast was tasty and filling enough to fuel our walks through the souks until lunchtime, and for dinner, the lamb tajine was the best we had in Marrakech. Itâs definitely worth trying. The location is a bit away from the main tourist spots, which some might see as a disadvantage, but we enjoyed it because it gave us a glimpse into the everyday life of the locals on our walks to the attractions.

Absolutely stunning property! Felt very traditional Moroccan which is what we wanted. The beds were very comfortable! Nice shower and body wash / shampoo provided. The lovely ladies that cleaned our room ( Fatima and Bouchra) were so friendly and did such a great job at cleaning our room daily! The hosts that were managing reception / sorting breakfast were so super friendly. Nothing was ever too much and we had their WhatsApp number so if we ever needed a taxi they would organise one and quote a price. This saved us from being overcharged by others but also saved us from explaining where in the medina we were staying. Overall 10/10 would 100% come back. The people make this stay worthwhile

Our stay at the Riad was absolutely amazing. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, a big shout-out to Samir, the chef, who always had a joke ready and made our breakfast even more enjoyable! Fatima and Buchra were also incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was great, and dinner was just as good. The room was always spotless, and we even enjoyed a relaxing massage during our stay. Such a nice bonus! In the mornings, we could hear the birds singing, it was so peaceful and relaxing, a perfect way to start the day. Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience to all team members.

Lovely Riad, a little removed from the hustle and bustle and in a quiet and safe area on the edge of the Medina. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious. A great pick for a short stay and good value for money.
Cons: For us distance was not an issue but this was a little further away from the main sites vs other Riadâs we have stayed in so keep that in mind if waking is an issue for you. We stayed in a room next to the restaurant and breakfast area which was quite noisy at night. Music was turned off at 10pm which was absolutely fine for us, but if you want to go to bed early you might be better off booking one of the upper rooms.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were the highlight incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was also really good. Honestly, the Moroccan tea served here was the best we had in all of Marrakesh! The hotel is clean, and the beds are very comfortable.
Cons: The only thing to note is the path to the hotel itâs located in the center of the Medina, which can be a bit confusing to navigate and overwhelming at times, as itâs right in the heart of local daily life. That said, itâs absolutely beautiful during the day! Especially as you get to witness daily life

Stayed here for 1 night and it was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Cons: We were offered Moroccan mint tea on arrival, which we assumed was a traditional welcome drink, as is common in most riads. We were also given a bottle of water while being shown to our room. Unfortunately, we were charged for both at checkout, which felt petty for a 4-star hotel. The location is also not idealâit's outside the main area, down narrow lanes where taxis wonât go, so we had to walk a fair distance. The surrounding area didnât feel very safe either.

The riad is absolutely stunning, perhaps even more so at night when the beautiful lamps create a magical atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, and the bottle of water and soap provided were a thoughtful touch. The host was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate us with an early breakfast before our check-out.
Cons: We were two women traveling alone, and while trying to find our way back to the riad through the old Medina, we encountered several men attempting to scam usâtelling us the road was closed and offering to guide us. It felt a bit unsafe at times, and the old Medina can be very confusing to navigate. I would strongly recommend that anyone staying here ensure they have internet access on their phone to avoid getting lost and falling victim to these scams. Of course, this is not the hostâs responsibility, but itâs something worth mentioning for future guests.

Our stay at this beautiful riad in Marrakech was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm Moroccan hospitality and delicious mint tea. The riad itself is stunning-an oasis of calm amidst the vibrant energy of the medina. As a group of five ladies, we felt completely at home. We had a fantastic stay at this Riad and it really is as beautiful as the pictures. The Riad is a tranquil, safe haven from the bustling Medina and the staff really go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay in Marrakech. Their hospitality was fantastic, the meals were great and they were very helpful when it came to assisting us with directions and recommendations. Our room was compact, but comfortable and fantastic value for money. There are also plenty of areas around the property to sit and relax with a book or a Moroccan tea. We noticed some reviews criticised the location, but for us we could comfortably walk to all of the main attractions within half an hour which suited us just fine and although the streets and alleys of the Medina can be confusing, we managed to learn the route to and from the Riad quickly and the staff are always available via call or WhatsApp should you need assistance. Thanks again for an amazing stay in Marrakech and your world-class hospitality.

The property is very clean, pleasant for the eyes. The stuff is empathic, polite and very helpful; they always helped us with taxi booking and transfer for the airport. The breakfast is interesting, everyday you will eat something new, be open to try everything. The Moroccan tea is the best we tasted in Marrakesh those days.
Cons: The massage room was cold, I couldnât relax at all. We changed the room 2 times, and we saw 3 rooms, for 2/3 the bed is sits exactly near the walls, and you get down from the bed only from the front side, those rooms have also small bathrooms, with very small sink.

Such a lovely, tranquil Riad, with very friendly and helpful staff that were always inclined to help you out or just have a chat. The decor is beautiful as shown on the Riad's description and as soon as you walk through the doors the place makes you feel very calm and relaxed. Our room was as described and the shower was great. We read that it can get water on the bathroom floor, which is true, but only because it is so powerful, and it was never to the point it became an issue. Fatima and Bouchra did an amazing job at cleaning and tidying our room each day, thank you ladies. And the rest of the staff were also amazing (sorry we don't remember any more names). The location could be considered a little out of the way, but for us it was perfect. It meant you got to explore more of the centre of Marrakech than perhaps the immediate square etc. Furthermore, it was never hard to find your way back to the Riad and nor did it ever feel unsafe. Thanks for a great stay!

The riad was beautiful with lots of lovely spaces to relax and read your book. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful, they gave us great recommendations for places to visit and offered to print our boarding passes as our airline didnât accept electronic tickets. The rooms were cleaned daily and were always left very tidy. Lovely little gem about 15 minutes from the souks.
Cons: We were unlucky and had about 6 young children staying at the riad at the same time so it got quite busy and loud in the mornings not making it ideal for relaxing with a book. Other than that, everything was amazing.

The highlights were the staff. Never have I receive a warmer welcome during a vacation. Also, donât miss out on the dinner - it was one of our favorite meals of the trip. The desserts prepared by Habiba were exceptional.
Cons: The riad is not central within the medina, but we had no trouble finding our way to the souk and all the other sites. Transportation was easily arranged when needed.

It is a stunning Riad with all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the attention to details which made it an amazing stay. We highly suggest to enjoy the third floor lounge space as it is the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the city. They served us delicious Moroccan tea which made our evenings very special. The staff is very kind and welcoming, they really went above and beyond for us, from arranging taxis pick ups, booking guides visits and baking some Moroccan bread on our request.
Cons: The only thing would be the position of the Riad which is a bit hidden and not so easy to find for someone whoâs not familiar with the geography of the medina streets, however the staff made themselves available to come and pick us up whenever we needed it so it wasnât too much of a problem.

I love the look of the Riad, and the free breakfast is a treat! The staff are nice and helpful.
Cons: However you have to pay for water and itâs expensive. Location isnât the best, taxi drivers refuse to use maps and since none of them know the location you have to use an illegal driving app which doesnât always work. The streets are tight and drivers canât always drop you close. And the map directions donât take you to the front of the property. Only downside is itâs a bit tricky to get there, otherwise I loved it.

Staff were largely very nice - we were leaving quite early and they kindly gave us an early breakfast. They forgot to ask us for our key and in the morning rush we ended up accidentally taking it with us to the airport. We left it with the airport pharmacy for them to pick up and they were very kind. The property looks beautiful, also, and we enjoyed the breakfast.
Cons: It's not as central as you might imagine from the map - and not very easy to find given the closed roads. It's a half hour walk from the souks. We needed a good night's sleep before our flight and did struggle a bit with the early morning call to prayer so close by, but of course that was our specific circumstance. One of the waiters made us a little uncomfortable with some tasteless jokes (he may have been inebriated). Although dinner was fine it was quite expensive and small portions... The pool was quite dirty and absolutely unusable which was a shame. The room was tiny, smaller than the small rooms in other riads. Fine for a night but would have been a struggle for any longer than that. Bathroom was also a squeeze. Our hammam attendant barely spent any time doing the hammam for us and seemed overwhelmed by the heat. She spent a lot of time outside the room. It's obviously not her fault that it's so hot but maybe adequate facilities should have been provided for her or the hammam services suspended.

The hospitality was top notch, the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions and requests, I recommend chilling abit in the Riad to get away from the heat, and having tea and a meal at the restaurant, the Riad is about 15min away by foot from the center of the medina my suggestion is to ask for a taxi and drop you at the KFC near jemaa square and walk from there.

Such a beautiful riad! Itâs like an oasis! Very nice atmosphere and very helpful staff. Theyâve kindly given us a map and recommended a few places to visit at our first day, it is about 10 min walk to Ben Youssef Madrasa. They also kept assisting on all matters during our stay. A little bit hard to find at first as there is no sign on the streets from the outside. Look for Riad Marrakech in Google Maps. Or ask the hotel to arrange you a taxi. Seen a few negative comments about the unsafe area but itâs actually safe even at late hours. Thereâre kids trying to guide you through the streets for money, but theyâre not bothering.
Cons: Although, there was a canalization smell in our bathroom and the morning azan is very loud so if youâre having trouble sleeping that may bother (my boyfriend didnât hear any and slept like a baby).

Absolutely beautiful place in the Medina. Clean and really cute decor. Breakfast is a nice spread of breads, egg, butter and jams. Staff go above and beyond to help you and keep you comfortable. I would get their help to catch a cab as not all will drive into the Medina. It is further away from main attractions, but the 20 min walk didnât feel that long through shaded walkways. They will meet you at the corner to help you walk back too. Any place you stay in the Medina can be more hectic, but this is an oasis, would love to stay again. Next time we will book hammam and spa services through them too, it looked lovely.
Cons: I would upgrade to the superior rooms for sure. The lower priced rooms are on the ground floor in the main area and the upper rooms are more private. That being said our first 2 nights were on the ground floor and with doors and windows closed itâs not that noisy. Staff make sure it is quiet during sleeping hours.

Cons: The images of the Riad are not representative of the actual facilities. After staying 2 nights in room 10, non-existent in the published photos, we left before the end of our stay. The bathroom smelled of sewage, an odor that spread throughout the room. After pointing it out in the morning, when we returned to the room at the end of the day the smell was not only still present, but even more intense since the doors had been closed. At no point did the team offer us another room, and a simple essential oil diffuser was offered to dilute the insistent smell. The room was small, faded and offered no comfort whatsoever. The door to our room didn't close completely, letting in outside light, and there were numerous cracks in the walls (due to the recent earthquake?). The outside sounds left no privacy, and the call to prayer seemed to be made right IN our room! The spa facilities are two narrow rooms with no lighting, smelly and hardly inviting for relaxation. Breakfast is small and basic, with no protein (cheese or eggs) or fruit. The worst breakfast we received in our 3 weeks in Morocco. In short, I strongly suggest you avoid this Riad in Marrakech. In fact, I think the staff (who are not around much during the day) write comments themselves to get a better evaluation on Booking or Tripadvisor. Our waiter at breakfast was posing his table, photo found on Tripadvisor 9 days after our departure!

This place is a beautiful oasis of peace and beauty in the busy Marrakech Medina! It is absolutely gorgeous and esthetically pleasing. The staff is absolutely superb, they really took care of us and helped us with anything we needed, big shoutout to all of the staff that made our stay so memorable. Would definitely recommend this beautiful Riad for your Marrakech stay!
Cons: We had a double room downstairs and the room was quite small and it sometimes quite loud if people were still hanging out on the patio at night or going for early breakfast! However you get used to this and we managed. Do take into consideration it is not very close to the souks or main square, but walking there is still fine if you donât mind a longer walk or the staff is very helpful in arranging taxiâs.

upon arrival at the accommodation, our host Noordine was very welcoming and attended to all our needs during our stay. All the staff there was very pleasent and made us feel 'at home'. The Moroccan tea that we had there was the highlight of our trip and we can still taste it. The breakfast was different on both day but the way we were greeted and the service we received was very posh. The room we had was very traditional and very comfortable. there was space in the courtyard to relax as well as on the upper floors. Sitting in the courtyard watching the stars at night was another highlight to add. Noordine and the other staff were very much helpful in explaining the culture of Morocco along with giving us directions of attractions and services. Overall, my wife and I would highly recommend this accommodation for your visit to Marrakesh. we were very much able to have a true Moroccan experience with this stay.
Cons: The way leading to the Riad was slightly rough

We speak about a week in Marrakesh from 16th to 20th of January. The hotel is exactly like the pictures, very clean and peaceful. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We are really grateful specially to Nadir who was sort of older brother to us , he was honest and go beyond to make things easier for us . The two women are so sweet and they come to say good mornings every day. We enjoy the varieties of breakfast every morning . Definitely would recommend this Riad.
Cons: We had hard time with the location of the hotel , itâs almost 30 minutes away from the city centre. Plus, there are so many small alleys you have to go through to get to the hotel. This made us uncomfortable to leave the hotel at night to explore. There are groups of boys outside almost following you and making comments to us which mades feel unsafe. We had to get taxis all the time if we are going anywhere around the evening time. Whatâs more, most cars ( vans ) canât get to the alleys as they are so small so you have to walk to get to the hotel with your luggages. The hotel address are not easy located my maps for the cars to get in . However the hotel has their home taxis people who knew the way to get us just outside of the hotel . So speak to them about taxis and they will arrange it . Other than location, we did not have any more issues with the hotel at all , it was a beautiful hotel with amazing views .

Breakfast was delicious. We had some of the best Moroccan mint tea here on our whole trip. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went the extra mile to make sure we felt safe and comfortable, even walking us to and from the car when we were coming back in at night. The facilities are beautiful. I'll definitely be back.
Cons: It was a bit cold when we first arrived, but they quickly addressed the issue once we notified staff. Also, we paid for massage/wax services and the woman who serviced us did a poor job. Not the hotel's fault though, I just wouldn't use the extra services offered and instead will go elsewhere next time.

I truly enjoyed staying at Riad Oriental Glory. Firstly, the location is exquisite. I loved it so much I extended my stay! You can walk to the souks quite easily in a matter of minutes. The Riad itself is architecturally marvellous and the room I was staying in was very spacious and beautifully decorated. What impressed me the most is the staff. From the kitchen staff, to the room service, and the concierge service, they provide service that is the equivalent of a high-luxury hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and professional and there were more than one times they went out of their way to help make me comfortable. Even on the first day when I was late to arrive, they kept the kitchen open for me to welcome me with a a wonderful, warm tanjia dish! The food is wonderful - I was enjoying a dinner there every night. After having tried the food in several hotels, I think it is probably the best I have had. The breakfast is authentic Moroccan and enough to sustain you until the next meal as you embark on adventures with a full belly. I cannot recommend this Riad enough. I left the Riad having made friends with the staff, and was made to feel like this is a home away from home! What a wonderful experience!
Cons: I do not think there is I did not like. I loved staying here and I have no comments for improvement. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in during my travels.

I extended my stay here because I loved it so much, and although I already reviewed this hotel, since I am given an opportunity to write more great things about it, I will take it! I would not take any of my time to praise it again if it were not so magnificently great of an experience. The location is great! It is near the Souks, yet it is quiet. You can safely walk the short walk to the souks easily. The staff is profesional, friendly, respectful and eager to make you comfortable at every opportunity! They really care! From the concierges, to the kitchen staff. My room was impeccably cleaned and tidied every day (the tidying-up means a lot to me - clothes folded, and every single element, from my laptop, to the cables, all tidied nicely in place). The Riad is wonderfully arranged with lovely patios where I could sit in quiet and privacy to write. And in the spacious internal yard I could sit and enjoy tea and I even made new friends there! The food is lovely and everything that came from their kitchen was authentic and cooked with love. The staff are really great! They made every effort to make me feel at home. I will definitely return with my family there, and I recommend it highly!

We had an amazing time! The staff were super friendly and treated us like family! Even when we were sick they always came looking after us and brought us some tea or medicine. Thank you Sami, Nadir, Ayoub and the rest of the team (unfortunately we could not all remember all the names but every single person in that Riad was amazing). They helped us planning our trips or they organized a taxi for us when it was needed! Moreover they came with us to the taxi and they were waiting when we came back! It does not matter what time it was! We always felt safe! The breakfast was super tasty and we had the chance to try new delicious food every day (we stayed a week). We miss the food already!! Fatima and Bouchra were the best house keepers ever! They cleaned our room very well and they asked us every day if we needed something. Everyone was very kind, polite and funny. We hope to see you again!

Staff were friendly and kind. Riad courtyard and corridors were very beautiful. Decently located to get around by foot.
Cons: Double Room was much smaller than expected, there was no space for adults to walk on either side of the bed. We upgraded to their bigger room, which was much better. (I think it was a suite, the photos on here with rooms having clay urns on top of the wardrobe) Breakfast choice was very limited; just 2 different types of sweet cakes and 2 slices of bread served with tea. If you donât like a sugary breakfast, itâs a bit complicated. Rooms should be better cleaned; felt like the floors had never been cleaned with a cleaning product or water; it is probably just broomed after every checkout. Impossible to walk barefoot in the room after seeing the floor condition, so please bring your room slippers. The place has so much potential, if they would take care of it.

First of all, location of this hotel is not at all safe. I won't recommend staying in the area as we got harassed multiple times in this area. You can't reach easily to your route.. The area is very unsafe. There were people asking for money and personal details every time we stepped out. Secondly, room was veryyyyy small. We had booked room for ÂŁ60 per night but it was a waste of money since room was soo small that we were not even able to keep our bags properly. We had one medium luggage and 2 small bag packs. Now imagine the space when you can't keep luggage properly. We had to jump off our luggage to reach washroom. It was very small so not worth the money we paid. Washroom had a step (you need to cross step to reach bathroom) and door was very wierd so at night using washroom was a hassle. We didn't like the room. Overall look of the hotel is nice and very instagramable but room is poor. Lastly, staff was also wierd. We were asked to confirm if we want to have dinner with them early morning and we informed that we are not sure so they were very rude and said you can't have it then. Found it a bit rude. Staff was asking for tip as well at the end. One more thing, shower has 2 options either too cold or too hot. There was nothing in between. And if you open cold water in tap/sink, shower won't have cold water then. It will automatically start hot water. It was wierd. Overall we didn't like the location of Riad and room. Not recommended.

The Riad was so beautiful, comfortable, and provided a much needed respite from the bustle of the Medina. The staff were exceptional, friendly and professional and they arranged meals, taxis and a day trip for us. The Riad was one of the highlights of our time in the city.

Such a nice staff, very caring, kind, we loved them! Rooms tiny but cozy.
Cons: The location is bad. In google map there is a riad with the same exact name and we went to a whole different location, they did not do anything about it even though I saw other comments about that. The neighborhood is VERY dangerous when it gets slightly dark. We got verbally harassed all the time coming home by local disrespectful men which ruined the whole experience. uncensored (if u r wondering) the most important, you will get scared every single day at around 5:00-6:00 am when you are asleep by a VERY LOUD prayer sound that lasts for 10+ minutes. We almost had a panic attack as we didn't understand what is happening when we woke up. The next day we have put an alarm at 5:30 to wake up before the prayer so we do not jump from the bed.

Beautiful and clean accommodation. The staff were so kind and welcoming giving us tips for when we were exploring. Anything we needed they made happen. I had a hammam which was a great and interesting experience.

I want to firstly say a big thank you to Samir, Adam and the rest of the team, who made our stay in the Medina what is was. From arrival we were greeted with the most delicious complimentary drinks and cakes. Once our room was ready, we were able to access it before check-in hours. Our room was clean and comfortable with working AC (a must for the temperature during our stay) as the Riyadh is not close to the main square we were away from all the noise but still close enough to everything. There was always a member of staff on hand to walk us to our taxis and tour pick-up points without even asking. I want to especially thank Nordin who let us use his phone to order dinner when we arrived back from one of our trips after the kitchen had closed and too tired to go out to get something to eat. To summarise, this is a really lovely Riyadh in a quiet location that was easily accessible, the service we received alone warrants my rating. Thank you for your hospitality, we can't wait to visit again.
Cons: Not so mucn a dislike, but on our next stay we will be booking a room on the top floor as ground floor rooms are next to the pool and dining areas. Though I must mention the noise level wasn't disruptive to us but it could be for a light sleeper.

Very kind staff, clean rooms, working AC, good food. The szaff was beyond helpful: no matter what I needed, they procided for me.
Cons: It's a bit further away from the center, which was a bit of an issue for me since walking back to the Riad at night was a bit of a struggle (solo female traveler) / taxis sometimes didn't want to drive to it. I do have to say though, that the staff helped me as much as they could with providing me taxis and even waiting with me outside for it to arrive / picking me up at the corner of the darker alleys. Just shows the kindness you'll experience while staying here!

Great amenities and spa services; super clean and comfortable! Everything you would dream of when staying in a Riad. Daily breakfast was amazing. Entire staff was incredible; friendly, courteous, and attentive. Great help with arranging excursions such as camel and quad bike rides, or day trips to other areas outside Marrakech.
Cons: Only slight downside was the location. While technically in the Medina, the Riad is in a more local residential area. If you do not have cell service with Google Maps, be sure to be familiar with how to get back to your Riad. You will run into locals trying to âhelpâ you find your Riad, which is not ideal.

We stayed in the Riad for 2 nights and found it very relaxing. The perfect place to come back to after a hectic day in the medina. We were served local mint tea and biscuits upon arrival and our room was ready before check in time. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. They helped us find taxis to get around. We had breakfast on the rooftop which consisted of freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, jams and coffee. Whilst it is only a 15-20 mins walk to the medina, we found it more convenient to take taxis at night time.

The riad hosts were exceptionally kind. On our arrival in the Medina they came out to greet us through the narrow streets of the Medina because even taxis find it difficult to navigate the space there. About the stay only good. Considering that on the streets of the Medina you get hit by dirt from all angles, our riad was really an oasis of serenity, fresh air, cleanliness (literally, the ladies there really cleaned all day, hygiene a 10+). The loby area of the riad was like a big living room where all the guests staying there could meet. I really felt at home in the living room there and it was a great place to sit in the evening for tea and networking with the rest of the guests. Clean rooms and natural light and air came in (I have stayed in another riad before and felt like I was in a cave, no light at all, air far too stuffy with scented sticks). That was not the case here. I would really return, thanks to the hosts.
Cons: In general I didn't see any issues that bothered me. Maybe breakfast should be a little more elaborate đ€

A very nice riad. extremely friendly and helpfull personel. the riad espacially the public part (garden, restaurant) is stunning, wel maintained.
Cons: the room itself are nicely decorated but very small. the location of the riad is a bit outside of the medina and suite far from most typical tourist visits (bahia, bahi). based on our other riad stays right in the medina the price is also suite expensive based on what you get. it also âfeelsâ a lot safer to walk home with a riad in the medina then here. More beggars, fake guides etc in this area.

This riad was amazingly beautiful, and all of the staff did everything to make sure we had a good trip. The cleaning staff was especially friendly and helpful, the waiters were open and witty, and Mohammed was an amazing host. We can definitely recommend this riad, everything lived up to our expectations.
Cons: This riad is not located in the heart of the Medina (Jamaa el Fna square) but about a 25 minutes walk away from there. We must say that we quite enjoyed staying in a bit more calm environment, but it is worth noticing that there is a short walk to the medina center.

will never forget my stay here. i had the beautiful corner room that looked over the pool. the staff accommodated my every need and I will hold a special place for them in my heart forever. The dinner each night was INCREDIBLE and reasonably priced. As a single female I chose not to leave the premises at night. So I appreciated the high quality food and space to lounge around the pool.
Cons: The quality of peace on your stay will depend on the other people staying, especially if there is a child ~ this place would very much benefit from being an adults only establishment

We can highly recommend this riad. The staff is very friendly and is always happy to help. The riad itself is like a oasis in the medina. Every time we entered the riad, our stress level immediately decreased. The breakfast is tasty and we can also recommend the tajin for dinner at the riads restaurant. The rooms are beautiful too. Further, it is possible to book excursions e.g. to the desert or a hamam bath in the riad.

Lovely Riad and we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff. The location is a lttle further out from the main attractions but the riad will arrange taxis for anywhere you want to go and will accompany you if you feel you might get lost. We did walk to the main square and it isnt too far once you get your barings and it was good to explore more of the Medina that day. We also had a guide for half a day who showed us the souks and palaces within the medina and it was really interesting. YSL museum was also worth a visit. I would recommend Cafe Arabe, Nomad , El Fenn and Kabana for food (the last two if you want a glass of wine or cocktail with your meal) The only thing about the riad, which really wasn't a negative, was that there wasnt a hairdryer in the room, but ask at the reception and they will provide one. I would recommend taking your own if you have space in your luggage.

The staff was very friendly and did their best to help answer our questions about where different sites were located. Also, kudos to the bellhop for helping to deal with some particularly demanding local youth. The (free) breakfast was decent and the dinner (not free) was also good, although a little expensive. As others have said, the area around this hotel is terrible. It is almost impossible to find, it is far from the main sites in Marrakech, and you will be constantly accosted by local youth demanding money for âdirections.â In addition, if you donât like noise, this isnât the hotel for you. The central courtyard becomes a bar at night and people were out there talking loudly until after midnight almost every night. Also, the hotel is next door to a mosque so expect to be woken up by the call to prayer (broadcast over loud speakers) every morning around 600.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Yes the hotel itself was pretty, the hotel staff were nice, breakfast meh. Mainly, the area is absolutely terrible. First, the taxis never knew where to take us and that included getting there initially where we roamed around for a long while... people IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD didnât even know where it was. The phone number online did not match the phone number of the hotel so we couldnât get ahold of them. We were told itâs a safe area in this hotels neighborhood but there were teen guys rollerblading around telling us to f ourselves snapping fingers in our faces. Young guys were congregating in groups felt extremely SKETCHY at night. Avoid it especially if youâre western and plan on walking to and from the hotel. Lastly, even during the day most of the people in the neighborhood are fine but a lot of people are trying to âhelp you find your wayâ and are very aggressive and follow you and then bully you into giving them money and if you donât another guy will come with him and itâs like theyâre going to jump you...sketchy place.
