Il Riad si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare la città e per godersi la medina, a due passi dai punti strategici ma garantisce la tranquillità e il silenzio. La camera era accogliente e i bagni puliti, la colazione abbondante e ottima. Kalid è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni nostra necessità, ci siamo sentite a casa! il riad è delizioso: accogliente, pulito, fresco, vicino alla piazza principale ma lontano dai rumori, con due gattini dolcissimi pronti ad accoglierti. Il signor Khalid è eccezionale: disponibilissimo, gentile, conosce perfettamente l'italiano ed è pronto ad aiutare il cliente per qualsiasi cosa. le stanze sono piccoline ma comode.
Cons: il bagno in camera purtroppo non ha una porta ma solo una tenda che lo separa dal resto della stanza: mette abbastanza alla prova l'intimità.

El RIAD tiene muy buena relación calidad-precio. Está localizado a 10 minutos andando de la plaza principal de Marrakech. Las habitaciones tienen baño privado, aunque las duchas están situadas fuera de la habitación y pertenecen a las cuatro habitaciones. El desayuno está incluido y es muy bueno y variado. El personal a cargo del establecimiento es muy amable y te ayuda en todo aquello que necesites. Tiene servicio de recogida del aeropuerto a un precio razonable. It was a riad so the inner courtyard was beautiful, peaceful and magical even. Khalid, the owner was ever so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pleasant, with mint tea. The common bathroom was very clean. The location was right inside the medina, which was convenient once you learnt how to navigate.
Cons: There was no door to separate the toilet area from the beds , just a curtain, so it was an experience ! But the price was incredibly low and that part of the riad experience so I accepted it. The room was spartan but it had an atmosphere of peace and serenity.

Il soggiorno in questo riad è stato assolutamente piacevole. Le stanze sono essenziali ma pulite e fornite del necessario. Nonostante la pioggia abbiamo potuto godere del delizioso e caratteristico cortile. La posizione è fantastica. A pochissima distanza dai suk ma in una stradina tranquilla. Khaled (che parla italiano) è stato un ospite eccezionale, svolge il suo lavoro con passione, discreto ma a disposizione al bisogno. Consiglio vivamente.

Très jolie Riad, situé à une dizaine de minutes de la place Jemaa El Fna donc idéal. Les hôtes sont très gentils et nous ont laissés les clefs, nous permettant de pouvoir entrer et sortir aux heures que nous voulons. Le petit déjeuner est bien variés, avec des spécialités marocaine, très satisfaisant. Je recommande.
Cons: J'ai tout apprécié, il n'y a que les toilettes assez mal situé dans les chambres que nous pouvons relever. Mais cela ne gâche en rien la qualité du séjour.

The personnel were very kind. The location is very good and I imagine that this road is very nice for living during other season then winter.
Cons: I wasn't aware that most riads are built with the system of natural ventilation between the rooms (aka holes 10х10 см) that means you hear all the talkings and even toilet affairs of your neighbours. Then, the mentioning of the toilet in the room meant your lavatory pan is 1,5 m from your bed behind the curtain:( The towels and bed linen didn't smell fresh either because of the humidity or other hygiene issues. The patio was very nice inside the riad but to have breakfast while it was raining and +10 outside wasn't the best experience even under the roof beside the patio.

Cons: L'accueil : A notre arrivée (heure prévue à l'avance), notre hôte n'était pas là. Il ne répondait pas non plus au téléphone. Nous avons attendu 45 min. dans un riad voisin. A son arrivée, accueil très bref/froid, pas d'excuse. Enregistrement fait à la hâte. La chambre est ultra petite. Pas moyen d'ouvrir sa valise ou de déposer nos affaires. La toilette est dans la chambre (on le savait, c'est dans le descriptif), mais pas de porte, juste un simple rideau. Aucune insonorité. On entendait tout ce qui se disait/faisait dans la chambre d'à côté comme si nous étions dans la même chambre. Propreté très douteuse. Murs des douches ( à l'extérieur de la chambre) noirs d'humidité.

El propietari, el Khalid, i la seva dona han estat molt hospitaliaris. La localització és bona, molt a prop de la medina però prou allunyat per a estar tranquils i no sentir sorolls. El riad estava bé i l'esmorzar excel·lent. Si mai tornem a Marrakesch hi tornarem sense dubtar-ho!

La struttura è piacevole, ben posizionata, con un gestore molto cordiale e disponibile. Peccato per la stanza dove eravamo alloggiati, che, oltre ad essere molto piccola (abbastanza uno standard per Marrakech), presentava l'inconveniente di essere divisa da un'altra stanza da una finta parete che non garantiva alcun isolamento acustico, azzerando di fatto la privacy. Il ridotto livello di privacy è abbastanza usuale nei Riad con affaccio sul cortile comune, ma in questo caso la parete divisoria fra le due stanze era talmente trasparente ai rumori che si riusciva ad avvertire i bisbigli dei nostri vicini (per fortuna tutti molto educati).

La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable, hablaba inglés y entendía un poco de español. Nos adelantó el desayuno a las 7am porque íbamos a ir a un tour y nos recogían pronto. La habitación era pequeña pero tenía todo lo necesario. La cama muy cómoda. No pasamos frío porque había un calefactor. Y lo mejor es que tenía dos hermosos gatitos que te acogían y hacían sentir en casa.

Khaled e la moglie sono persone davvero ospitali e generose. Da loro mi sono sentita a casa. Le stanze sono pulite e la colazione è abbondante ed entrambi sono sempre stati molto disponibili facendomi trovare la colazione anche quando dovevo alzarmi presto e aspettarmi per un tardo check in. È stato un piacere essere loro ospite.

Riad z pieknym patio gdzie serwowane są śniadania, ktore były w porządku. Pokoje schludne, wc z umywalką w pokoju oddzielone kotarą. Łazienki wspolne zupelnie nie robiło to roznicy, gdyż riad jest na tyle mały, że nie było kolejek. Wlasciciel bardzo komunikatywny, serdeczny, pomocny a zarazem nienachalny.

Davvero imbarazzante.. la doccia si trova all esterno anch’essa sporca e in comune oltretutto , con presenza di ragnatele , muffa e un brutto odore . Dalla prenotazione risultava bagno privato ma di privato non aveva davvero nulla , considerando che se stavi a letto vedevi la tazza del WC. Per quanto riguarda la biancheria non è stata cambiata , ma già in partenza non avevano un buon odore cosi come gli asciugamani che puzzavano . Non esistono armadi , e considerando le dimensioni della stanza diventa un problema visto che non c’era spazio per sistemare le proprie cose. In generale non lo consiglierei , essendo stato anche in altre strutture vicine e avendo pagato anche di meno .

The Riad Is convenient for 1 night. Khaled was so hospitable and you can tell that him and his wife spent time to make the Riad special and typical. The thing that made the Riad more special are the different cats that are so chill❤️
Cons: The Riad was a bit hard to find with a taxi and also by foot as there are not major signage. The room are small and don't have a door for the toilet, just a curtain which can be quite embarrassing if you are sharing with someone, whether your are comfortable or not with a friend or a partner.😅

This Riad is an authentic, old Moroccan house. And it's basic. But it is also charming, cheap and in a good location. If you are looking for an affordable place and you are not too fuzzy about everything being perfect, you will be happy here. The patio is really lovely with the orange trees and the cats and the birds. The rooms are clean. The (separate) showers are clean. There is a toilet in the room, only separated with a curtain. The beds are good. Breakfast was included but also very basic.

Struttura pulita e tranquilla. L'ospitalità di Khalid fa la differenza. Soprattutto per chi arriva a Marrakesh per la prima volta e non sa orientarsi, l'aiuto di Khalid è davvero prezioso. Ci ha accompagnata personalmente per l'acquisto di una sim locale e ed ha preparato colazione prima della fascia oraria prevista per permetterci di usufruirne dato l'orario particolarmente mattiniero di alcune escursioni.
Cons: Il bagno non ha una porta ma una tenda che lo separa dalla camera. Per le coppie, è una sfida di convivenza 😄

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni in questo riad super accogliente, situato nella medina nella parte più silenziosa. Era vicino a tutto quello che volevamo visitare. La camera è un po' piccola ma la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Kaled ci ha ripagato di tutto, inoltre parla anche un ottimo italiano. La colazione è ottima e abbondante, inoltre per ben due mattine che avevamo delle gite programmate, Kaled si è alzato all'alba per servircela prima. Assolutamente consigliato.

La hospitalidad y amabilidad de Khaled. Estaba en todo momento pendiente de todo. No faltó absolutamente ningún detalle en la habitación. Siempre muy muy atento a nosotros. Nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Nos acompañó al locutorio a por la tarjeta sim. Nos imprimió el billete de avión. Tuve una equivocación y contraté un día menos en su Riad y el me ayudó muchísimo en ofrecerme otro Riad suyo más alejado porque en este ya no quedaba sitio. El Riad muy muy limpio. Además es precioso. Muy tranquilo. Las duchas disponen de gel y champú. El desayuno riquísimo y abundante. Todo muy bien tapado y muy higiénico. Las camas muy cómodas. La ubicación excelente. En 5 minutos andando estás en la plaza Jemaa El-fna. Si volviera a Marrakech me quedaría en este Riad 100x100. Porque de verdad que ha sido una pasada. Nos ha encantado. Gracias Khaled por todo

Il riad è bellissimo: quando si entra sembra di stare in un'altra città, al fresco e al riparo dalla confusione di Marrakech. La posizione è centrale e in soli 10 minuti a piedi si arriva a piazza Jamaa el Fna. Tiziana, la titolare, è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima già nei giorni precedenti il nostro arrivo: ci ha dato tante informazioni utili. Le stanze sono deliziose, la colazione è abbondante e di buona qualità.
Cons: Le stanze sono molto piccole e purtroppo non c'è un armadio o delle mensole per riporre i propri vestiti.

Honestly highly recommended! Khalid and his wife were super helpful, very kind, the breakfast was very delicious too! The Riad is very clean, the bed was super comfortable! It was c.a. 10 mins walk away from the main square. Loved our stay, definitely want to visit it again!🥰❤️

Cons: Would be great to have fruit/veggies for breakfast. Riad is in law/basement floor, therefore humid old walls, heaters are provided though. Tiny room, no furniture for clothes. Should ask for anything you need, no access to basics like utensils. Location might be convenient, but crowded, scooters everywhere.

We LOVED the location. Was great to walk out the door and be in the medina. Khalid was a kind and generous host and helped us organize anything from taxis to tours. The breakfast was great, and cappuccinos were delicious, which we enjoyed each morning in the riads peaceful and beautiful garden.
Cons: Soundproofing could be improved between rooms, as we had some coughing neighbors. But it was simple and clean and affordable.

This riad has a big central patio with many trees and many smaller plants, very well kept. There are only a few rooms and other guests were very quiet so it was a small quiet paradise. The owner was very nice and accommodating and always ready to help. Room was not so big but enough for one person (had two single beds) and as a bonus it had a sink and a toilet, so only the shower was shared. Breakfast was homemade crepe like bread with jam, yougurt, tea, milk, coffee, simple but enough and served in a very nice setting. I liked that it was in a not so touristy part of the medina and there was a very simple hammam (2€) 1 min walk from the riad.

The hosts were wonderful and were very flexible when my time of arrival kept changing due to unexpected circumstances. They were there when I arrived 10pm and very gracious about the delay. The bedroom facilities were fine and the central breakfast area was stunning with two beautiful orange trees in the middle. It had a lovely warm atmosphere and the breakfast choices were good with a wonderful cappuccino and delicious Moroccan tea to start my day. The location was exceptional as it was in the heart of the central area and very close to the Medina so early morning walks and late night restaurants were all around. I would highly recommend this very inviting riad with friendly and accomodating hosts. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed one night in this property. Hospitality was super. Room is worth of money,breakfast is ok, moreover after checkout our room we kept all things in this property and we explore the Marrakech area after 6pm we collected our things from this property, during the time we could use the toilet facilities, that was very helpful for us because before a long journey and they’re welcoming us when collecting luggage time. We had good time in this property.

Excellent riad. Very helpful, family run and a joy to stay here. Small and very quiet. Comfortable beds, great showers, very clean and nice selection for breakfast. Owner has good English and booked taxi for us and even brought our bags to it. Highly recommend.

The Riad is small (only 4 double bedrooms) and therefore very quiet. And that was what I needed 😊 Rooms are cosy with comfortable beds and toilet. Host family, (Khaled, his wife and their daughter, lives upstairs, so there is always someone around, in case you need any help. They are very helpful and friendly and made my stay extremely pleasant. As I was leaving very early at 4am to the airport, Khaled insisted to walk with me to the taxi. Something that you don't come across very often.

Elisa is very hospitable and helpful. Sheets and mattress good. Hot water in the bathroom - good supply. Elisa and colleague stood up for us when we were harassed by the self appointed local guides of Marrakesh.
Cons: We weren't informed about how much we would have to walk to get to the taxi we arranged through the riad. It was quite a walk if unprepared. Bathrooms are nothing to write home about, and not connected to the room. Too many cats and too much smoking in the riad - smoke ruined the divine fragrance from orange blossoms. Only riad that did not serve fresh juice for breakfast.

Definitely recommended! The host was very kind and helpful, organized the airport pickup and dropoff for us, and the place was very clean and nice. Obviously my review reflects the price paid. For this price I don't think you can find any better. The ''bathroom'' area is only divided by a curtain (the owner made it very clear so we totally knew about this) and the room overall is quite small and doesn't have much storage, so I advise you to choose this place if you're staying with someone that you have a close relationship with, since you'll be very close lol. We only needed a place to sleep and store our things while we went out exploring most of the day so this place met our expectations, If you're looking forward to spend more time in the actual room I'd say you should go for something else, but as I said before, for this price you cannot find better. The only downside that I must point out is that the walls between the rooms are paper thin so you can really hear everything, but during our stay it wasn't particularly noisy, so I'd say our experience was more than positive.
Cons: Definitely the walls between the rooms are too thin so you can hear everything that's happening in the other room, also I wish there was more storage in the room like a night stand for example, everything else was perfect.

Elisa was absolutely wonderful! She was very helpful and promptly responded to all my communication. She was very pleasant and flexible and happy to help with anything - I really appreciated that as a solo traveller. The room was very nicely presented with nice clean towels and bedspreads. The hot showers were a dream after 3 days in the desert! I had initially been in a different Riad and feel that this is much better value for money.

This is a great choice for Marrakech! The owner, Elisa, is super welcoming and accommodating. The riad is also beautiful and relaxing. There's a very nice garden at the center of the riad, and a comfy lounge area for breakfast or to chill at the end of a day in the city. I think the location is fine - just 11 to 15 min. to Jemaa el-Fna Square and there are quite a few restaurants and shops a shorter walk away too. The room is nice and includes a private toilet and sink (shower is outside but super clean too and hot water is available). Breakfast selection is tasty and plentiful.

Host Ellisa along with her cats were wonderful. If you are single person this is best , but if you with family please book 2 rooms.

Great Ryad recently renovated in a good location, close to the center but in a charming and quiet environment. Host and staff are friendly and willing to support, without harassing the guests (you'll appreciate it after the day in the city!) and always with a smile on their face. Welcome tea was lovely and so good. Definitely reccomended :-)

everything was great. This riad features excellent people :) Eliza was so sweet in helping me deal with a stranger who showed me the way and demanded a ton of money. I felt really comforted in the riad as the square was disturbingly uncomfortable. Her boyfriend, Giovanni, was also so kind. Khaleed was exceptionally helpful in all ways, even though he didn’t speak a lot of English. shower area is always clean, there’s a toilet in the room for use and it was perfect. In short, I’d stay there if I ever have to head back to Marrakech!
Cons: Weak wifi but I think everywhere else I’ve stayed so far is like that. it doesn’t matter if you have your own data!
